My last blog about abundance and manifesting, about the Law of Attraction and Trust into the universe raised some eyebrows.
Who the frag do you trust into? I was asked. Please let me explain.
Besides the physical world that we live in, that we know and experience every day there is a vast energetic world, actually many different energetic worlds. We can reach these places not physically but with our spirit, our souls.
This is what I mean when I write about a shamanic journey. It feels like a dream but the contact is still real. We can travel to these worlds and planes by reaching out with our soul,
And these energetic worlds are not empty. They are home to spirits that I understand as souls like our own but not living within a physical body. As pure energy they are closer to the very fabric of reality than we are and thus have abilities that surpass our own, These spirits encompass all the mythological beings we have heard or read about – angels, deities, totems, ancestral spirits, power animals, mythological beasts like dragons or unicorns and many more.
Maybe these beings exist because humans created stories about them and fuel their existence through a collective consciousness. Maybe the beings existed longer than mankind and inspired stories about themselves. I cannot say what is true although I lean towards the second option.
But what I know is, that these spirits exist and the vast majority of them is willing to help us grow and evolve or to help us in very practical ways to get along better in life.
In fact, every one of us has a team of spirits assigned to him or her since the day we were born. This team can take shape according to our personal beliefs; they can appear as guardian angels, gods or goddesses, shamanic power animals, or ancestors. If you have your particular belief system they may appear as beings of pure light. Or you might feel the presence of universal divine intelligence, one of unconditional love. That was what I was blessed to experience finally.
The possibilities are endless.
When I wrote about trusting the universe that team is part of what I trust in. It goes beyond that but that team is the starting point, the agents of the universe if you want, the facilitators of the divine, and your first point of contact. Our team is the spirit we can trust to love us and care for us 24/7 for all our lives.
But please keep in mind one thing: they are not our servants or lackeys. They are like close family or best of friends. They help you move bodies if need be but you cannot order them around. You always come from a position of asking and a position of gratitude.
So saying “Please” to your team and “Thank you” is not only good form. It is the last thing you can do. Spirituality starts with gratitude anyway.
Writing of it, it is high time to show my gratitude and say a heartfelt “THANK YOU!” to our host Victoria Bagnell and her not-so-little helper Lisa. They made me realize that I have to take the first steps before the second and that I cannot talk about shamanism and runes without explaining the very basics of where I come from.
So if you are polite and grateful you can always speak to your team. Personally, I refer to them as “my good spirits” or most recently “Mother Universe” because that is exactly how that presence feels. Like a magnificent Ueber-Mother who knows only love and compassion. I pause my writing here to thank Her.

You don´t need a full-fledged shamanic journey (although this is very much the most intense and coolest way) to experience the presence of your team. Just envision them being around you (because they are) in a form and shape that feels right to you and speak to them as you would speak to your mother, father, or your best friend. Don´t be surprised if you get a response, either a feeling or an actual event happening in your life. Sometimes you have to listen carefully but one thing is clear.
You are never ever alone…
Going forward I will do my best and use my meager wordsmithing to describe to you in more detail the wondrous worlds outside of our worlds and some of their inhabitants. I will start with the worlds associated with the Northern tradition of runes, Vikings, Germanic tribes, and Northern gods and ancestors. It will be my pleasure to introduce you to the Nine Worlds of Northern Mythology which are as real as the world that we can touch with our hands.
It is the world of Odin, thr, Loki, and the runes. Yes, they all exist only totally different from how Marvel envisions them.
Stay tuned if you like and follow this blog as well as my other social media for more. These Nine Worlds are full f wonder, the occasional peril, and a lot of wisdom and power that is very useful in our worldly existence. This is where the abundance factor and the manifestation kicks in again the Nordic Nine Worlds are only one slice of the cake, I promise there is so much more to explore.
I will go exploring anyway and it will be my pleasure to share my findings with you if you like.
