How to do the Staff Pose
Sit up on the floor with your legs extended in front of you. Imagine a wall behind you and keep your back straight as if against the wall. Keep your head aligned with your back. Tighten your thighs and press them against the floor. Imagine your tailbone lengthening into the floor.
