While the Sun is transiting in Human Design Gate 36 also known as Gene Key 36 I would highly recommend allowing yourself time to disconnect from what is going on in the world, even allow yourself to disconnect from social media especially if it is bringing up any kind of turbulent emotions for yourself. Human Design Gate 36 can make us nervous and bring up a lot of emotions for us. Allow yourself to feel the emotions, embrace the emotions. Try to take this time to deal with any emotions you are carrying. Have compassion for others during this time as we all can experience turmoil and emotions tied to this. Live from the heart.
