Hello Marco – thanks for your words. It has helped me acknowledge the anger I have. I was trained to ignore it growing up christian. But like you said, owning it and taking it for walks on a leash is safer for everyone than locking it away.
Some days I feel like I could destroy the world. And the next day I don’t care. I’ve been working on expressing anger & frustration early. It has reduced a lot of my muscle pain (from inner all over tension?) and although my family may not like the new me, at least they know where my boundaries are now. I feel like less of a doormat.

That’s interesting about the runes & moon. I like that you’ve connected them through our body/nervous system. It’s not that the moon affects the runes, the runes are part of us, and we are affected by the moon.
I will pay more attention to moon phases & my own ‘phase’ I’m in during a cast. I’ve tried a couple of times doing a cast of throwing them all down, and just interpreting where they fall. I thought it would be impossible to make anything out of it without strict ‘positions’ to give meaning (I have a very logical mind). But it was so interesting and I think I actually get more out of it! It’s more like telling a story. I doubt I’d every do a reading for others, feels like a HUGE responsibility to put the messages through my own filter to then give to someone.
They are always judging to see if the reading is ‘right’. Plus I have no one around me that I know who would even let me try. Small town syndrome.

Please know I am not bored to tears!! Just have so many responsibilities yelling at me – when I finally do get a break, I usually totally switch off, rather than write emails.
I hope you don’t mind if I still ask questions time to time? I’ll likely keep processing slowly, and go through them all again.

I found it helpful to gain insight into who my authentic self is without any outside influences which is hard to know since everything around us plays a part in conditioning us in some way. I am a Manifesting Generator. I’m still discovering what that means and how to implement what I have learned about myself into fulfilling my greater purpose.
